Project Concern's Mission To educate and empower those in need by providing personalized information and lasting solutions

Project Concern's Vision All children with special needs receive one to one mentoring, all homeless individuals with disabilities transition to independence, and all families experiencing hardships have their basic needs met and remain in their homes.

Project Concern helps homeless and low-income individuals and families, children, senior citizens, people with disabilities, and thousands of men and women in Dubuque, Delaware, and Jackson counties.

Project Concern strives to connect people to services, promote self sufficiency, provide information and advocacy, and encourage involvement.

Project Concern's services include:


Project Concern is funded by donations from individuals, organizations and corporations in the community; city, state and federal grants; and the United Way.
